At hello lurch, we strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with every purchase. Since our products are printed on demand through Printify, each item is unique and produced specifically for you once ordered. Due to this customized nature, returns and exchanges are not supported if you order the wrong size, color, or simply change your mind.
Reprints & Refunds
If you receive a damaged product or there is a manufacturing error, we are happy to offer a free reprint or a refund. To qualify for a reprint or refund, you must contact us within 30 days of product delivery. Please include your order number and a clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item in your message.
Non-Refundable Scenarios:
- Incorrect size or color ordered
- Change of mind after purchase
- Minor differences in color between the final product and the image on your screen
